Return and Refund Policy – La Foulée Sportive Specialist in running shoe fitting for over 25 years!

For online and in-store purchases

We offer a 30-day return policy (the item must be received in store within 30 days) from the date you receive your order. All our items are inspected before shipping to ensure the product meets our quality standards.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be new, unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and protective materials intact.
  • Be accompanied by your invoice or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.

We fully understand the need to try on your new running shoes to ensure they fit properly. For this reason, we ask that you try them indoors only, on a clean surface. Any visible signs of outdoor use (dirt, sole marks, strong odor) will make the item ineligible for return.

Return Options

  • Refund to the original credit card used for the purchase
  • Exchange for another item (subject to availability)

How to Proceed

  1. In-store return (recommended) Simply bring the item along with your invoice to the store. We will process your exchange or refund immediately.

  2. Return by mail

    • Send us an email to info@lafouleesportive.com with the subject line: “Return – Order #XXXXX”.
    • Indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
    • The item must be received in store within 30 days of your original order delivery date.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within a maximum of 10 business days.

Shipping Fees

If the return causes the remaining order amount to fall below $100, the original shipping fee of $15 will be deducted from the refund.

Exceptions – Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned (except in the case of a manufacturing defect):

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)
  • Food or nutritional products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Hygiene or hydration products (bottles, flasks, etc.)
  • Personal items: insoles, underwear, socks
  • Customized or modified products made at your request
  • Electronic devices that have been used or configured

For sale items, we may occasionally offer a size exchange (if available), but return shipping fees will apply.

Defective Products or Our Error

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Your request will be forwarded to the manufacturer for approval. If approved, we will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with a replacement or a full refund (including the original shipping fees).
